**Job Summary:**
Ray Graham Association’s Emerge Behavioral Health Clinic is looking for passionate, empathetic, and dynamic Mental Health Professionals to join the team. The professionals will work with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities to provide comprehensive evaluations and treatment plans focused on promoting long-term health and wellness.

**Qualifications:**
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or a related field.
- Enrolled in a master's program or seeking licensure is preferred but not required.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to demonstrate compassion.
- Passion for promoting mental health and wellness.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for accurate reporting.

**Responsibilities:**
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations to develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide counseling and support services to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care and services.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes.
- Stay current on best practices in mental health treatment and interventions.
