Description of Responsibilities:
Ray Graham Association is currently seeking Day Program Supervisors to develop meaningful, skill-based curriculum and provide case management to people with intellectual and developmental disabilities who receives services in our Day Programs.
- The Day Program Supervisor facilitates a variety of group activities daily that promote personal growth of people served in the day program and is responsible for developing and overseeing the implementation of the Person-Centered Plan for people served attending the day program.
- Using the community, through community connecting, vocational experiences, and community volunteerism is a key function of this position.
- The Day Program Supervisor provides direct supervision to Direct Support Professionals (DSP) and is directly responsible for the over-sight of services and supports to people served within the day program.
- The Day Program Supervisor is expected to uphold the Mission & Values of the Association.
Qualifications Required:
- High School diploma required.
- At least 1 year of direct experience working with adults with developmental disabilities.
- Excellent verbal and written skills are essential.
- Must be clear on all checks of the Health Care Workers Registry
- A valid Illinois Driver’s License.
- Must be able to pass PACE certification.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Must be able to lift and transfer adults (75lbs.)
- All employees must pass a pre-employment drug screen.
Schedule: 7:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. - Monday - Friday

Wages/Salary: Starting $19.65
